Witching Hour Refund & Returns Policy We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Perishable, personalised, or hygiene‑sensitive items (e.g., skincare, oils, incense cones once opened) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We work directly with our UK suppliers to resolve issues quickly. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded.

Returns Process

Because Witching Hour uses UK‑based fulfilment partners:

• You will receive a return address specific to the supplier handling your order.

• Returns must be sent to the address we provide — do not return items to our business address.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the supplier confirms receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Non‑Returnable Items

• Opened oils, cosmetics, or consumables

• Personalised items

• Clearance items

• Spell jars or ritual kits once opened (for safety reasons)
