Orders are shipped directly from our UK suppliers:

This ensures fast UK delivery and reliable stock levels.

Processing Times

• Orders placed before 2pm are usually processed the same working day. (Something Different Connect processes same‑day if paid before 2pm.)

• Processing time: 1–2 working days

Delivery Times

• Standard UK delivery: 2–3 working days

• Express delivery (if available): 1–2 working days

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the supplier’s delivery service mapped to our Shopify rates.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains items from both suppliers, it may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided as soon as the supplier dispatches your order.
